We pride ourselves on being experienced and innovative designers. Whether you have a design in mind, or need our professional assistance, we’re here for you. We will coordinate your personal ideas into functioning design concepts. Our main focus is serving our customers and exceeding your expectations. We work on projects of all sizes, from do-it-yourself projects, to providing complete design services. We also specialize in commercial projects. Helping people feel comfortable and happy during the entire process is always rewarding for us.

    Autumn has been in the design world since 2008. Autumn classifies herself as an organized designer, meaning she can help you achieve an entirely new look without starting from scratch. By combining things you still love with a few new pieces and adding some color, you’ll be amazed by the results. Autumn enjoys hanging out with her friends, shopping and is a Net Flix junkie. Her long range goal is to live somewhere warm.

    Gina is an experienced designer and in the business since 1983. She earned her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing with a feature in Interior Design from Ball State University (Tri Delt). Gina is a mother of two young professionals and is a dog lover. She considers herself a foodie and a wine connoisseur. She enjoys flying in gliders and taking her dogs on walks in the park. She has an infectious personality.

    Lynda has been here at Banter since 2005. She trained in cabinet design with Wellborn Cabinetry. She is also very knowledgeable in design and will help you determine what flooring/tile products will work with your project. She enjoys spending time with her family/grandchildren. She’s very active in her church and enjoys walking. She ran a half marathon at the age of 60. She’s looking forward to spending more time with her husband and doing some traveling when she retires.

    Steve began installing flooring in 1998 and later opened Banter Floors & More with his brother-in-law, Paul, in 2002. He has a Bachelor Degree from Purdue in Business Management/Finance. He specializes in working with new home & commercial contractors. He has a wife and three children. Steve is a small group leader at church, loves sports and coaches his daughter’s basketball team. He loves the outdoors; whether it’s camping, going on vacation or riding his ATV. He would like to travel domestically and abroad when he retires.
